LongMill 1.5KW ER20 Spindle & Clear Cut Dust Shoe Kit

The LongMill 1.5KW ER20 Spindle & Clear Dust Shoe Kit is designed to unleash the capabilities of the LongMill cutting potential as a plug-and-play add-on.* This kit features the upgraded Clear Cut Dust Shoe, which allows for easier tool changes and height adjustments, quick hose clamp connection and clear views of your carves. The enclosed VFD is easy to mount, easy to install, and has a power-on/off switch. It also includes an 80mm spindle mount. Each kit comes with: 80mm Clear Cut Dust Shoe ER20, 80mm, 1.5KW 110V Air-Cooled Spindle 110V, 1.5KW, 3-Phase output VFD AC power cable and 5m spindle power cable ER20 1/8, 1/4″, 3/8″and 1/2″ collets (one of each size) Data cable to connect to the SuperLongBoard controller for remote speed control *The Spindle is NOT plug-and-play compatible for machines with the original LongBoard (MK1 and MK2),  support and resources are limited for implementing this set up. Please read this article for more information on compatibility. Customers who have a LongMill MK2.5 do NOT need to purchase the SLB. Due to the spindle’s weight we would recommend energizing the Z-axis which can be toggled through the $37 firmware setting. This product has a lead time.
