You’ll get incredible gloss from a water-based protectant that dries to the touch and resists washing off when exposed to wet weather and even repeated washings. There’s no greasy feel or look to this tire dressing and it works just as well on all types of exterior rubber and vinyl dressing. Aptly named, 3D ULTRA Protectant, you’ll find out for yourself after using it just one time. What is it? – Water-based, high gloss, long lasting tire, and trim dressing. What does it do? – Creates a deep, dark shine on rubber and vinyl surfaces. Protects against damage from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Holds up without running off in wet weather or when washing vehicle. When do you use it? – After first cleaning the surface to be treated. Why use 3D Ultra Protectant over other options? – Most tire and trim dressings are solvent, or oil based and tend to be greasy, oily, and slimy. They never really dry to the touch and as such any treated surface becomes a dirt magnet. The more you drive your car the dirtier and grimier any treated surface becomes. Future washing of your car’s tires and trim is a messy process that turns your tire brushes black with an oily goo that’s even harder to get out of the brush bristles. Always shake liquids well before and during use.   NOTE: Tires should be pre-cleaned by scrubbing with 3D Yellow Degreaser or 3D All Purpose Cleaner. Scrub tires and rinse then repeat this 2 to 3 times until you see white foam on the tire sidewall as you scrub. This is a visual indicator that all the previous tire dressing is removed as well as any dirt or oily road grime.   Dressing Tires Step 1: Spray 3D Ultra Protectant directly onto tire sidewall and immediately spread over surface using a foam or microfiber applicator or paint brush. Step 2: Using a clean utility towel, wipe the sidewall to even out the dressing and remove any excess at the same time.  For a wetter, darker deeper shine, repeat this process. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for product to setup before driving vehicle.   Dressing Exterior Trim Step 1: Spray 3D Ultra Protectant directly onto the face of a clean foam or microfiber applicator pad. Massage surface to be treated to work the product over and into the component material. Wait a few seconds and the wipe surface dry using a clean utility towel remove any excess product. Repeat this process to the rest of the car treating all rubber and vinyl surfaces. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for product to setup before driving vehicle.
