Description Evercoat Rage Gold Nikki/ Bog/ Filler for Panel Beaters 3LT with Cream Hardener Evercoat Rage Gold Premium Body Filler is an exceptionally easy sanding body filler. Rage Gold contains ZNX-7® for adhesion to galvanized steel and aluminum. Blue cream hardener included. Evercoat’s easiest sanding body filler. The unsurpassed sanding qualities are attributed to Hattonite™, a unique ingredient which reduces heat and friction created by aggressive sanding. Volume: 3 Litres Approved Substrates: Steel, Aluminum, Fiberglass, Galvanized Steel and SMC. NOTE: For structural repairs prone to high degrees of stress and flexibility, use a fiber reinforced filler such as Everglass®, Kitty Hair® or Fiber Tech®. PREPARATION: 1. Clean and degrease the entire panel to be repaired with soap and water, followed by a mild cleaning solvent. Thoroughly dry the surface before repairing. 2. Keep the repair area small. Use 80 grit to remove the paint and featheredge. MIXING: 1. Stir the filler before using. Knead the cream hardener. 2. Measure hardener 2% by weight (add a ribbon of cream hardener from edge to edge across the center of a 4” diameter puddle). 3. Puddles larger than 4” (10 cm) in diameter will require additional hardener. 4. Mix thoroughly until uniform color is achieved. 5. Approximate setting time is 3-5 minutes @ 72°F (22°C) APPLICATION: Apply in layers with even firm pressure. Do not apply all at once. FINISH: Sand body filler with 80 grit sandpaper. Finish sand body filler with 180 grit. Sand bare metal and featheredge with 180 grit to remove 80 grit scratches.
