This product is the basecoat part of a high performance 2 Pack Clear OverBase (C.O.B) system designed for the Australian Market. All colours have high opacity and excellent flow. Suitable over * 2K Primer * Acrylic Primer * Two in One Primer * 1K Etch Primer * Sound existing surfaces, except for weak surfaces such as nitrocellulose or enamels.
