Active Ingredients: Acetylsalicylic Acid ( Aspirin)- 450mg; Acetaminophen- 275mg; Caffeine- 50mg Mechanism Of Action: Aspirin acts on the hypothalamus to produce antipyretic, anti-inflammatory properties, attributed to prostaglandin synthetase inhibition resulting in decreased formation of thromboxane A2. Acetaminophen is a non narcotic analgesic and antipyretic that acts on the hypothalamus to produce antipyresis. It works peripherally to block pain impulse generation. Caffeine has an adjuvant action due to the inhibition of the transmission of pain signal. Stimulation of neuronal activity resulting in mood elevation and reduced pain sensation. Caffeine helps to increase the pain relief. Indications: Mild to moderate pain including dysmenorrhea, Headache, Pyrexia, Pain and inflammation in rheumatic disease and other musculoskeletal disorders (including juvenile arthritis), Acute migraine attacks, Tension headache.
