Paddle Liquid Flow Switch – Overview The body of the flow switch is a standard pipe tee which is BSP threaded and contains a paddle-type vane. The flow pushes the vane against magnetic forces. When the flow exceeds a critical value the magnet actuates a reed switch position, and the output is changed between N/O and the N/C contacts.
